The reception staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean and fresh, with comfortable beds and air conditioning. The bar had a fantastic atmosphere and cheap drinks. it was a great experience at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend this hostel for a fun and enjoyable stay.

Comfy beds, sociable atmosphere, pool, bar, and restaurant with good cheap food. Limited free breakfast with basic toast and cereal. Decent $3 coffee. Room change due to noise issue. Great location near beach, retail stores, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. Nice common areas for meeting fellow travelers.

It was close to the City

The room we had was dirty, sheets were dirty, the windows didn't close, the neighbours were noisy, the bathroom was disgusting, no towels were provided, the room smelled musty. It was a bad experience and we wouldn't do it again

Cons- it is just run down everything in the hostel need to be replaced or renovated Such as shower, beds, kitchen It was ok for short period but I will not come back again

We had a great experience at Backpackers In Paradise. the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. They provided us with valuable information and recommendations. the rooms were spotlessly clean, including the bathrooms. the only minor issue was a rusty shower caddy that could be replaced. the facilities were simple and clean, exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay. the hostel offered convenient amenities such as no deposit for keys and towels, plenty of fridges and storage space in the kitchen, and a nice outdoor area with a swimming pool. We stayed in a spacious four-person dorm, which was perfect for our needs. Cons: Nothing to be said. 😉.

No elevator and stair is too narrow, hardly take the baggage to second floor. For this price, it is OK.

Too much noise and mess during the night. Hostel did a fake statement in the ad. Hostel stated there was private room with ensuite that actually was not true. The ensuite was actually a room with a shared bathroom for other two rooms. Definitely not comfortable for couple.

I spent my Christmas break at an affordable hostel which had friendly staff and clean facilities. I was offered complementary activities like a free jet boat ride and snorkelling. The location of the hostel was spot on - just a five-minute walk from the tram stop, as well as restaurants, beaches and nightlife. I had a great time participating in fun activities like beer pong and making new friends.

Although the continental breakfast was simple, I was disappointed that no tea or coffee was included. there was often a shortage of dinnerware for all guests, requiring the need to share with others.

the location was ideal, close to key attractions we wanted to visit and the people we met were wonderful. the receptionist was exceptional, providing great customer service and was very accommodating.

The lack of power sockets in the room was a major inconvenience for us. We were unable to charge our devices, which hampered our experience.
